The Private Venue Fee is payable at the time of confirming the date for your party.  Please complete all the booking fields.

The fee includes the following:

  • All materials for the crafts brought to your chosen location including aprons and protective table coverings.
  • If necessary use of 4 folding 6ft tables and 10 wooden stools. 
  • Personalised digital party invites
  • A personalised badge for the birthday boy or girl
  • 10% discount on craft activities
  • Colouring sheets available if other activities are completed before the party ends

Terms and Conditions

Payment – The £120 Private Venue Fee is payable at the time of confirming your booking.  Your booking will not be added to the studio calendar until this payment is received.  At least 3 weeks before the party you should book the craft activities via the parties section of the studio shop.

There will be an additional charge for mileage from the studio (SN9 5PF) to your chosen venue, this will be charged at 0.45p per mile for the return journey.

Areas covered include: Salisbury, Amesbury, Andover, Marlborough, Hungerford, Devizes and anywhere in between.

Cancellation – The Fee is non-refundable as once an event is confirmed materials etc are ordered.  In the very unlikely event that I must cancel your booking (this would only happen for reasons outside of my control) a full refund will be given.  I cannot except liability travel or other costs.

Adult Supervision - For Pre-School and reception aged children – Although the crafts will be suitable for pre-schoolers, most will need the help of a grown up and therefore I ask that an adult accompanies each pre-school aged child (numbers will need to be reduced inline with current Government guidelines. For school age children - At least one adult from the host party must stay for the entire duration of the party, more grown-ups are welcome to stay however sometimes too many adults staying can distract from the activities and make it very difficult for me to keep the childrens attention, I therefore encourage you to avoid more than a couple of extra grown-ups staying – you will know the children and parents that are attending so I will leave this to your discretion.  Generally, the parties will be two hours long, allowing the last 30 minutes for you to have a party lunch/tea.  You will be responsible for the children during this time. 

Completion of booking is also acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
